It was great! Everyone was very nice and I loved that I was notified that I could have extra cleanings and fluoride treatments without charge as part of my insurance plan!
Really lovely experience. My insurance threw me for a loop, but they helped me out and were so thorough!! I don’t have any real issues with dental fears/phobias, but this office is set UP for comfort and ease. Would 100% recommend!! Will be making them my new dental office
WOW! Words can’t describe my experience so far. I haven’t been to a dentist in 10-15 years, and have tons of issues, I’m cash pay, and they worked a plan for me to take over my oral health that’s reasonable. (Maybe they give review discount!) I didn’t want to leave a review till after a solid procedure(I have a lot planned), and I just had 3 teeth removed, with bone grafts for implants yesterday. They just numbed me for this and it worked perfect, they communicated the whole time, made me feel comfortable and pain free, literally no pain, just some tugging and cracking. I have followed their instructions and my mouth feels great, to my surprise. I was more nervous than I’ve ever been to go here, if I didn’t pre-pay I would have backed out, I’m not a fan of getting my teeth worked on at all, and this place has changed that. For some reason I’m excited for my next procedure. Y’all are superior to all the experiences I’ve ever had, by a long shot, thanks!
