Everyone in this office from front desk staff to the dentists is so welcoming and nice. The treatment plan & pricing is clearly laid out ahead of time so there are no surprises. And I have been taken back right on time when I arrive. Great experience at this office!

My experience is a juxtaposition between good technical practice and emotional dissatisfaction. Almost a year and a half, I entrusted them with my dental care. Upon my initial visit, I was advised that a deep cleaning procedure was necessary if they are to treat me -- a decision I consented to at the time as I just moved to the area and had been looking for a new dental practice I could transfer to. I was told that my insurance covers dental cleaning procedures twice a year due to my "dental disease". That was the first time I heard from a dental practice that I had such disease and I had been very diligent with my bi-yearly cleaning and personal oral hygiene; I took their assessment with a grain of salt. Naively, I believed these arrangements were finite. However, this decision came with "required" semi-yearly cleaning if I am to continue to be treated plus some additional charges for other services that my insurance won't cover. The service was lousy with the selling and forcing me to sign for 154.00 when I refused service several time and the hygienist keep saying I have to signed for service that I refused . She said if I don’t signed she can lose her license. Duyen had two iPad and showed the price I will be paying which is $50.00 but force me to signed the 154..00 dollars of service that I did not receive and emailed me the $154.00. Please me careful and I believe that Sage practice is a not true-full. I cannot afford the 154.00 that’s why I refused it. Duyen H took 15 minutes to clean my teeth and did an awful job. Dryer spend more time on selling than cleaning my teeth’s.
