I went in for wisdom tooth pain. I already had a diagnosis and x rays done before hand that confirm I needed wisdom tooth extraction the lady at the front says I don’t need to bring it they will just redo my x rays and then schedule for my wisdom tooth extraction the next day. I went in and after the x ray photos, Sam Akande looks at my teeth very briefly, did not even go all the way to the back to inspect my painful teeth. Then he walks off and the assistant goes to my room and tells me “he’s referring you to a specialist” I ask her why and she said “just because of the way they are.” That is the exact reason they told me verbatim... Then they try to charge me for deep cleaning I DO NOT want or care about why would I? I am in deep pain. But they still want to make their money and specialists can take weeks to just reach back out to me. I am extremely upset and frustrated with my experience here.

Such an uplifting experience! The healers at Dr Sam are awesome. I’m happy to have found a place where people are patient & professional. They’re great at what they do, and they know it! I’m actually looking forward to completing my services. Who can say that about going to the dentist??
