Shortline Dental

I have been coming here for about 10 years. The dentist are great and take their time explaining things. However the front desk staff could improve on their costumer service skills. One day one of-them left me on hold for another call and I had to remake my appointment all over again. No apology or explanation was ever given. Also when they pronounce your name wrong or say the wrong pronoun they continue on with their speech without attempting to make an correction. Lastly they could use some diversity inside the building.

I have taken my children here their whole life love the women and our dentist! All very professional and very nice! My youngest is 2 and they were amazing with her!! In total we've been with them for 7yrs and I don't plan on changing that!

I had a dental emergency yesterday and was thrilled to get an appointment right away. I want to start with the dental assistant and dentist they were outstanding and so kind, they were able to treat me and made me feel as comfortable as one can be at a dental appointment. However I took 2 stars off my rating because the check in staff left much to be desired. I also feel I should have been told when I booked the appointment that I would be required to stand outside until they were ready for me. I have visual and physical disabilities and my Uber had already left. The area is a bit rough and I had safety concerns that the check in girl clearly neglected to see.
