The staff at this facility is nice and friendly, I've been with Dr. Bohem for years. I always say he's the Best Dentist ever. The staff is always friendly and courteous and always keeps me aware of what's going on regarding services needed, what insurance will cover etc. Me and my family will remain with this office, and if he moves to a different location, or out of state, me and my husband will have to have a long conversation because I will be willing to move. Not so sure about him( my husband I mean) ????. Go and visit his office, meet the staff and you will not be disappointed. ????

Every time since my first visit here, I’ve always gotten great service. The waiting room is always clean and quiet, I usually have a 2-3 minute wait and most times I get serviced immediately. I’m in and out in about 20 to 30 minutes, today I had a cleaning, and was in and out within 15 minutes. Great service, great smiles.

I had an appointment in February. I was charged for fluoride when I wasn't supposed to be charged because they said they checked my insurance. I then received a refund, which was nice, but took about two months post-appointment. I just got a message for a bill I owe from that same February visit for something that I had A) never been charged by any other dentist, and B) something that I was told prior to the appointment that they would not be charging me for. The receptionists are unwilling to listen and are very short while talking on the phone. I do not recommend.
