Customer service at the dentist!!?? Silver Lake showed me what I had been missing. Ease of scheduling, great communications, and excellent dental care. And get this... when I had to replace an old crown, at the end they gave me the old crown AND an envelope to send it to a refiner to get money for the precious metal! THAT is thinking of the patient.
I love this place.The staff and doctors are really nice and kind. After discovering this place I realized how bad other places are.I used to get so overwhelmed with dental procedures and I ended up postponing everything all together before i discover this place.The doctors and nurses are really good at explaining what's happening on each day and they will make you prepare beforehand. I was able to finish almost all of my dental procedures without any issue. Highly recommend.
Kind caring staff, in particular Amanda who recently made a temporary crown and helped set my permanent crown. She compassionate and delightful to work with.
