One of the managers was chasizing another employee in front of everyone. Everyone in the waiting room could hear her. It was sad and embarrassing. I would've quit on the spot if I was that poor girl. I think the fact that it was so public was what made it so bad. If you are going to reprimand and employee it need to be behind closed doors. Gross.
So regardless of any other reviews or my own personal experience. My 3 boys refuse to go anywhere else for their teeth. Thats all that matters to me. They feel safe and comfortable.
We like Small Smile a lot. Our kids have been going there their whole lives. Our youngest is 10. Our oldest started when he was around 12 and he’s 25. He was their patient for 6 years.
