My daughter, Allisandra (age 12), has been very happy with her experience over the last year. Today the girl who worked on her braces she liked the most because "soooo nice and friendly, and very gentle". I liked the way she came out and gave me a report, summarizing what was done. There was only once that my daughter was disappointed because one didn't talk the entire time and was not so gentle, but generally it's been very positive and we are happy!

I had gotten braces here about 6 years ago, they were on for almost 2. Everything was fine in the beginning, staff was polite and so was the Dr. I paid out of pocket for the service on a payment plan the entire time. It is very hard to advocate for yourself being so young but I did my best at the time. I had brought up a couple of things that seemed off about my bite, front teeth alignment, closing gaps where teeth should be, etc. but it was pushed aside and brushed off. At the end of treatment I mentioned a concern again, Dr. Simmons said "I wouldn't want to open a can of worms for you" when really, it would have just been doing things correctly from an Ortho standpoint, plus it would be accommodating the patients wants/needs, not opening a can of worms. I felt completely shut down. It felt as if he did the minimum Ortho work, she completed pay (not cheap), and treatment was done. Now years later, after still being unsatisfied with my smile, I am blessed to be able to afford to start
