We had such a good experience today at smile straight orthodontics. Rosie answered all my questions about the financial side and was extremely helpful on finishing a payment plan that worked for us. A-lee was amazing while placing the brackets on my daughter. My daughter even asked if she could hug her afterwards ???? the Dr was so kind and answered any questions we had. We are both very happy we choose this place.

The lady that answered the phone was one of the the rudest. I tried asking her to speak to the lady I had the consultation but instead she continued to be rude! Sad thing is they were trying to get some awards for being the best in Tucson you don’t have my vote!!!

I highly recommend smile straight orthodontist they have friendly staff I had one female name Rosie she was so patient with me and helped me through the process of my daughter getting braces and Anibal did such a wonderful job on making my daughter feel comfortable while getting her braces put on. Definitely five stars from me thank you all again ☺️.
