Western Dental & Orthodontics

Everyone here is very kind, wait times are fine and general service for is great. But... I paid money for a cavity filling that has fallen out twice in less than a year. First one lasted me 6 months or so Second one even with extra care lasted me 5. Called to try and see if I could get silver or something that'll actually last- nope, only composite fillings here. I don't feel like going to a dentist every 6 months for a filling that should last at LEAST 5 years.

This office is incredibly unprofessional and overall a waste of time. I’ve had several appointments and since you have to make it through the call center, several times the appointment was booked but they didn’t book everything that needed to be done so I had to reschedule multiple times. In addition, the floors have been super unclean (like big pieces of dirt everywhere) and the receptionists loudly complain about how badly they don’t want to be at work the whole time I was waiting (50+minutes just for a simple X-ray and tooth prob). I’ve been to some lovely dentists and this is not one I would return too.

They managed to somehow lose an appointment set up weeks beforehand for an important procedure. Front desk said the best they could do was set up a new one two weeks later. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't bother coming here.
