I have had sensitive teeth my whole life and seen many dentists and this is by far the worst dentist experience I have ever had. The staff is condescending and extremely rude. I find it hard to believe this dentist stays in business in Chattanooga as they are extremely pushy and show no care for their patients. After my appointment I had an extended stay in Florida to help with my parents farmhouse, at this time they’re house had not passed inspection yet so their address did not exist therefore my only option was to stop my mail rather than forwarding. I just arrived back and received a notice of being sent to collections saying that I owed 298 dollars- this was odd because I paid 250 in person and was not made aware that my insurance may not cover the rest. ALL of my other dental experiences they contact the insurance before hand and know how much the insurance will cover before I make payment. I call the office and speak with Finance to understand why I owe this money and why I did
