Don’t waist your time and money with un-professional staff and group.the dental assistant doesn’t know how she should doing an x-ray!! They canceled my appointment 2 days ago, because they didn’t have dental hygiene and they gave me new appointment for today! When I be there,they took me an x-rays and one of the doctor visit and diagnosed and they told me sorry we don’t have dental hygiene today we reschedule when you will come for make a filling your teeth we will cleaning at the same time!! You know what does it mean?it means if we clean your teeth you’re not coming back ! I will report them to ADA and my insurance.

Worst dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Same as the other 1 star reviews. I went for a routine cleaning (my last was just 6 months ago at a dentist that moved away) and they tried to scam me into a $300 deep cleaning. I said I just want a standard cleaning that my insurance covers, and they refused to do it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I just want to thank Dr.Sharma and her assistant Brenda they were so awesome they helped with my fillings for 10 teeth and I feel great and thank them for all their kind assistance and service taking their time to attend to my needs. My fillings were done pain free all done same day immediately and I feel great. At Smiles West Forest lake branch/clinic just ask for Dr. Sharma she is so pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. She will attend to you ASAP with her cheerful assistant Brenda. Had a great experience there, very friendly staff too!
