Stunning Smiles of Lake Forest

The hygienist was really rough when cleaning my teeth with metal tools. I’ve never had this sort of experience before. The pain is lasting even hours after the appointment, and it hurts to eat. I brushed my teeth at night and when rinsing my mouth, noticed some blood in the mix. They seem nice but could really learn to be more gentle with their patients. Both hygienists I’ve had here seem to be really rough and this is the only place I’ve been to where I had this experience. They were thorough but this pain is just insane. During the cleaning I had made faces and showed behavior that I was being hurt, but they didn’t adjust their actions. It just really sucked even if Dr. Elahi is nice. She’s been the most helpful dentist for me when it came to my teeth grinding. The rest of the staff is really nice as well, I just can’t get over the trauma my gums went through. There was no need to be that rough.

The only dentist I have stayed at for years since I was a kid, I love Stunning Smiles. Staff is super friendly, they don’t keep you waiting long, and they work quickly and wonderfully. There are two dentists who are husband and wife: Dr. Joseph Shilkofski and Dr. Elmira Elahi. They are so kind and I definitely recommend!
