my son came in for a visit and I have never met such a nice staff. Everyone was friendly and kind, it shows that they enjoy doing their job. I have and will continue to recommend Sparks to anyone.

Unless you have no other choice, I highly discourage you from choosing Spark Orthodontics. Long wait times on the phone, no call backs when leaving voicemail, no email response when emailing them and evidently offices are closed during the business hours that they're supposed to be open with no sign on the doors. Once I finally got a hold of a live Individual, they claimed there was an insurance issue preventing things from moving forward. When I simply wanted them to double check to make sure they had the correct number for my son, they refused to do even something that simple but wanted me to call the insurance company to make sure he had coverage. Turns out, he certainly did have coverage, they just had the wrong number put into their system. When I called moments after getting off the phone with the insurance company to make the appointment attitude was what I got. Again, I don't recommend them unless you seriously have no other choice.
