Summit Dental Health

Took my 18 year old here after they aged out of another dental office. My child had extreme anxiety over the way their teeth looked. After getting dental care from here my child is smiling again and feels great about their teeth. After each visit my child spoke about how friendly and thorough the staff was.

Summit dental on 24th street is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been twice for myself and once for my children continuing to give them the benefit of doubt. Today I felt undermined and disrespected. I scheduled out for me to have cavities filled and a chipped tooth fixed a month ago. I set aside 3 hours of my work day just for this to take place. Stating that I did not want to go through this process several times and with certainty that I’d like this to be do as simple as possible. They all agreed I’d cut this into 2 jobs working on one side and finishing up on the other. All to go in today and be told they were only doing a quarter of the work we planned to get done. When asking to speak to the doctor about this she comes in with total disregard to what I’ve said not even given eye contact as if she was already done with the situation before it was started. It was undermining & rude. If I set out to get something done in my mouth my issues need to be heard especially when I’m paying for

I love coming here! They recently updated my medical to Molina Healthcare and I found out you are not accepting Molina Healthcare.. I would love to see this change is the near future! I do not want to have to switch dentists and am a repeat client of yours. Please reconsider and start accepting Molina Healthcare! Thank you!
