Surprise Dental & Denture

My family has been at this dental office since 2020 when we moved to Surprise from Ohio. The office is clean and the staff makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I have had two crowns here and am pleased with the experience. I highly recommend S D & D.

First, I want to say dental anxiety is a real thing. I didn’t sleep at all last night, anticipating today’s check up. A lot of dentists claim to be for the patient, but really don’t take the time to explain the process or listen to the patient. I read the reviews online about surprise dental and told myself it wouldn’t hurt to go get an opinion on my current oral health. I was blown away by the care I received on the first phone call, then I walked in the door today and met Aubrey and Megan and my anxiety started to disappear. Megan was so sweet and calm, which in return made me calm. There were no tears on my part, which has never happened at the dentist. Then I met with Dr. J. There may not be a kinder human, when you are in a vulnerable position like going to the dentist, the Dr. makes a huge difference. Outstanding first visit! Dr. Melashenko is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Dental Hygienist Kathy is highly proficient, experienced, caring, and personable. The office staff emulates that same professionalism and courtesy. I must say that I have never witnessed a more amiable, pleasant dental office in all of my years. I am looking forward to my next visit (and I've never said that about a dental appointment before).
