Office was clean. Office staff were friendly. Dental staff were also friendly as well as professional. Everything was explained very well. The dentist was excellent. I was impressed with their X-ray equipment. For a first time experience it was excellent.

I’ve been an extreme pain for almost two weeks. My appointment was two weeks ago. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and didn’t get seen until 12:30. Freaking ridiculous. After that they told me they will call me and let me know how much everything is to extract my tooth after confirming my insurance. I’ve called 25 times. No one answers the phone. No one called or email me regarding my extraction. Very unprofessional and probably the worse western dental in all of Arizona. The girl was on TIK TOK watching videos while I was waiting in the back. I see you guys only respond to the positive reviews but this is the worst experience Ive ever experience by anyone if I have to leave a review. The guy never called me and never emailed it. I am reporting them to the boards as wel.

Was told my son needed a deep cleaning mind you he has never had a cavity or any dental issues at all! Took him to a new dentist and he got a simple cleaning with no issues asked dentist if he needed a deep cleaning and he said no that my son has great dental hygiene! So why would they try to rip me off? Not to mention the nasty dirt office! Yuck they need a remodel and some cleaners in this place! I wouldn’t waste my hard earn money getting dental work that’s not needed at all. If you got dental work done here you better second guess it!
