Thunderbird Kid's Dentistry and Orthodontics

Really friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with serving my son's dental needs (cleanings and regular check ups at this point) however they have a habit of keeping me and my son waiting for longer than 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, which has caused me to be late getting to work sometimes. I wish I'd get at least a heads up they're running behind or something. Otherwise, I love the lengths they go to make the dentistry experience a positive and fun one for kiddos with all their amenities (e.g., balloon and prize at the end)

Staff in the back are super sweet and do great with the kids. I feel like they need better equipment like vests for when taking the xrays. The doctor is quick and nice. Other than that i dont mind coming here. my kids love it because know they are getting coins for the machines they have and get toys out of them.

This dentistry actually decided to tell me a week before my daughter's surgery that they were not going to perform it because of her weight being 2 oz under. They never told me this until 8/7/23 and her Procedure was going to be on 8/18/23 they gave me a week notice to call the new dentist and try to get in. I would never take my child here they won't even allow you to be in the room when they are putting the child under.
