The University of Tennessee Health Science Center :College of Dentistry

Well I had a great first appointment with Tori back in October. But then got ghosted. ???? It’s been 5 months since the initial appointment, and still no callback to get an actual cleaning or work done. I’ve been calling their office for the last few weeks and still no one can seem to resolve the situation or provide some communication. Except for Hannah up in oral surgery. She’s the best. Edit: situation finally resolved, and have an appointment booked with a new student to receive dental work (it's now February).

There was a student dentist (Tori) who quite obviously didn't want to take on my surgery, but for whatever reason, scheduled me anyway. Once I showed up to my appointment, she claimed there was a conflict & tried to pass me off to someone else who also wasn't available. Then, rescheduled me for later in the week with someone else who didn't confirm my appointment. I waited for over an hour in pain just to not be seen. It was a complete waste of time. I am still in pain & very unsatisfied with the lack of treatment I received. If you can, go somewhere, anywhere else other than here. They do not care about their patients at all.

My husband needed dentures. He was blessed to have twin brothers working with him who did an awesome job. It did take 6 visits to complete the process. However, it was well worth the time.
