Very unprofessional office. Just know every time you get an X-ray done there it is being done with equipment that was received and then never paid for. Basically stolen.

Don’t settle for this pitiful, third-rate “dental facility”. I gave them too many chances. This office, dentist and staff are the worst I’ve ever come across. Run-down, tiny, filthy waiting room, exam rooms and equipment. Rude staff & lazy dentist always looking for ways to avoid work (avoiding phone calls, closing early, blaming insurance, etc.) “Dr.” O’Neal is a lazy smart-@$$ who does poor work. A filling that O’Neal put in on the side of my molar fell out. Not my 1st O’Neal filling to fail. I had to pay for O’Neal to fix his failure. He worked on it for about 3 minutes (after I waited in the lobby for an hour) and I still feel a big hole in the side of the tooth. Can’t be good. But, since I would have to pay O’Neal again for a 3rd attempt, I’m just going to just find a decent dental office and get O’Neal’s failures fixed permanently and forget about this wanna-be dentist and his don’t-wanna-be staff.

The dentist is RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Every time I have visited this office he has had a nasty attitude. Everyone else in the office is pleasant and nice. No one wants to spend their money with a dentist that is not people friendly. I have had multiple bad interactions with Dr. O’Neal but today was the last straw. I continued to make visits to this office ONLY because I wanted to support him as a black owned business. BE SMART AND USE YOUR INSURANCE AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
