Always a positive experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, beautiful office, and very prompt with appointment times. Why I’ve been going to Dr. McKenney for years.
Very professional. I've been going here for about 5 years. I've never had to wait beyond my appointment time. I've had several fillings done and that's never fun, but they have done the work quickly so I can get on with my life.
Things I like about this dentist office. 1) the latest tech is used. The cleanings are easier, the X-rays, are easier, and the email/text reminders are useful. 2) they value my time. I’m clearly the priority. Short waiting period, if any, before I’m in the chair. 3) the people are great. Caring, friendly, and supportive. They are always looking out for your best interests. 4) never pushy about services. I never feel like I’m being sold something. They do it all, and happy to provide services, but never give you the salesman vibe. 5) reasonable prices. They accept and handle the insurance claims. Or just use their service plan and get all the necessities covered at a low cost. With all that, I’m a client for life.
