This review is not indicative of the dental services, but if the front office management team. Specifically, the manager herself. On Saturday we called due to an emergency and provided the information REQUESTED; this included type of health insurance. We were then provided with the paperwork, as well as a follow up text confirmation of the appointment. Upon arrival, we were THANKED for being diligent enough to complete the paperwork, THEN informed that the office does NOT accept the insurance we had. HOWEVER, we can pay the $150 for a consultation. At that point I asked to speak to a manager as we had been led on to believe we had a standing appointment. The manager presented as rude and refused to accept any accountability of a possible mishap. She then suggested we were at the wrong address - impossible if you're going through all the prompts, such as the paperwork and the confirmation text. She then surmounted the aggravation by assuming that I "just didn't understand" all the prep

This office was able to squeeze me in an a. Emergency and the entire staff was so helpful. They were very soothing & supportive. The dentist as the tech were amazing Dr. Prakash Was phenomenal!

I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and the customer service throughout the entire process was phenomenal. I had Dr. Prakash work on my tooth extraction and she put me at ease the entire time. I couldn’t have had a better experience and will be returning for regular check ups!
