Total Health Dental Care - Specialty Center

My husband and I are new to Total Health Dental Care. We have so far visited the Piedmont office and Rotunda Specialty Center. The dentists and the staff in both offices are very nice and accommodating! However, I am disappointed that they are not transparent and accurate about their procedure charges. My husband was told by their surgeon that he may need an implant and we wanted to know what is the charge for each segment in a complete implant procedure. The staff don't have the information which is surprising. The front desk lady told me she had to transfer me to their billing office which has no phone number and there is not a specific person I can talk to either. Very strange! No one from billing got back to me until I wrote a message online to ask my question. I was then given an email address for billing. I waited for another 3 days before I received a message with one sentence without the name of the sender. The fact they are not knowledgeable about something very basic and neit

Professional customer service team and dentists. They are always courteous and great about sending appointment reminders a few days in advance. Also very convenient that they have multiple locations in the East Bay.

Dr. Kohnen did a phenomenal job with my gum grafts. I had to get 5 at once, and he made sure I experienced no pain during the surgery. He and the rest of the Total Health team were also there to support me if I had questions during post-op healing. I carefully followed all of their instructions, and my gums look far healthier than before. I would recommend him to any friends looking for gum grafts.
