DO NOT COME HERE. I have been to this office four times and the wait times are enormous. You will wait at a minimum one hour to be seen. On one occasion I waited 1hr for an x ray and they had to reschedule the exam to a different day, which required another hour wait. The Dr was so frantic reviewing my X-rays. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment today, only to be informed (after I asked the front desk on ETA) that the wait would extend to another hour. I cancelled the appointment and will be looking for a new provider. Over booked and under employed. Note, the employees are very pleasant and professional.

I used this Dentist for years because it was the only choice my insurance provided at an accessible price. IT IS THE WORST DENTIST IN CALIFORNIA. THIS DENTAL PRACTICE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY NOT PATIENTS. DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET!!! -You will wait absurd wait times. Forget about appt times. -No one will care about your personal issue or problem. -Making or cancelling appts is impossible bc no one answers the phone -Equipment is old and dirty -The doctors are completely overworked. While distracted between too many patients they botched a simple crown and I had to get it fixed with another dentist. In sum: poor quality staff and distracted doctors at high prices and long waits... go with ANYONE else. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Stuff of nightmares.

Waited an hour and there were still ppl in front of me even with an appointment. I should’ve trusted these google reviews because it really is that terrible and no, nothing has been done about it! I had to get up and leave and no one cared, respect ppls time just like we do when we show up on time for appointments. So much for a chain dentistry!
