Recently became a patient about two months ago after trying out two other dentists in the area and having had worked in a dental office myself, I understand how a dental office should function and flow. To say that Lake Merritt Dental has exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They’re actually much better organized and state of the art than the dental office I worked for a couple years back and definitely a million times better than Total Health Dental and another private practice in the area. They stay on top of scheduling and are easy to work with cuz my schedule is hectic. They provide me with insurance estimates and total cost before I begin treatment so I know exactly what I’m paying, no surprise fees after treatment. They remember little details about me and mention them when they see me next. And if that wasn’t enough, I recently had an accident that left me with my two front teeth half missing. I looked like a goofy vampire. Dr Patel and team were able to squeeze me in
