I have been a patient at Towne Dental for a few years now. I haven’t needed any major dental work (just cleanings) until today - needed a crown on one side and a filling on the other side. I told Dr Martin that I’ve had extremely bad experiences on the past. All I can say is WOW! He was calm and reassuring. I honestly had no pain. He did great work and consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling. Needless to say, my dental anxieties are pretty much gone! THANK YOU Towne Dental. By the way, everyone in the office is friendly and helpful - from front desk to everyone doing work. If you’re looking for a great dental office, look no further!
My wife is a patient here and I was looking to join her as she said the doctors and hygienists are great. The very rude receptionist (Mackenzie) refused to schedule me, even though our family has an established relationship with the practice. A little friendliness goes a long way, especially for the person answering your phones as the "face/voice" of the business. This person had none of that.
I've been a patient of Town Dental now for over 4 years and it's been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling an appointment. Also, Dr. Mike does and amazing job and has always gotten me in and out as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new family dentist.
