Ugh I have such regrets coming here. I chose the dentist based on their convenient Saturday hours, but have been dealing with weird sandy feeling and poorly shaped fillings ever since. At first I figured that it was something that would pass, since I’ve never experienced anything like it, but it’s permanent. I didn’t even really have issues with my teeth, they said I had cavities forming and I thought I should deal with time sooner than later. If only I could go back in time and not bother. They did not seem at all surprised when I said I was unhappy and would be switching dentists.

They will mess up your teeth then give you an attitude. Every filling i've ever had done from them has been sensitive as heck and hurt a ton for weeks, thankfully they give you advil. I am 100 % a patient at 1719 Sheridan Dr, Buffalo, NY 14223, the office just doesn't understand you can put any name you want in an email field. Their tools look pretty dirty too, idk what was all over the mirror they put in my mouth at my appointment on sheridan drive. They keep trying to violate the HIPAA act too with confirming names. Silly. I'll be including that in my report to the american dental association and the new york board.

Service is very Poor ! Not Promising, Not Professional, Not Customer Oriented at all . They doing totally Unethical business — I mean they doing everything at their convenient & they never /ever look / think about The Patient/ Customer. They only think about their own interests. Moreover, They are totally Inhumane Oriented— like selfish giant . Above all , the so called services they provide are simply Abusing ! They always give hard time to the innocent people. They even don’t know what they Doing —- sometimes !
