Advantage Dentistry

This place definitely isn’t what it used to be. I drove all the way for an appointment just to be told we no longer except your insurance. It would have been nice to know that at the time I made the appointment. I agree with the other reviews posted about the secretary’s they are very rude and unprofessional and act like this is the only dental office in the world. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

If you want to wait months. Had appointments scheduled and office canceled same day d/t hygienist illness. Wanted to charge me $50 for having to cancel same day for same reason. Not happening. Then can't reschedule for 3 months. Going somewhere else that may have a few more employees.

I have been going to Advantage Dentistry fro several years. I have had extensive dental work done. I have not been happy with them this past year. I call to make an appointment for a problem I am having and a young man answers and diagnoses me over the phone. He should not be doing that. He is not a dentist. I am calling because I have a problem and need to be seen by a DENTIST! I called today Tuesday at 445 because they say they are open to 5pm. They were closed. I feel like their practice is suffering and has become over crowded. I think I am going to find a new practice. Not happy here any longer.
