Dr Troisi and her staff are simply amazing. From the time you walk in to you leave everyone is so attentive. Dr Troisi gives the utmost attention to her patients. She is patient, caring and extremely understanding. She takes the time to explain everything and then follows up ,if any additional information is needed. I just came from Dr. Troisi’s office where every visit has been a great experience. All staff beginning with front office are very friendly. Today I saw Danielle for hygiene appointment. She was very kind and caring and did a great job. The appointment went very well. Thank you Danielle. It’s reassuring to know whenever I visit I will receive the same friendly and professional care. I had to request a change in my appointment recently, and the lady who talked to me over the phone was very accommodating. I also LOVE Biying's service! She's been the hygienist assigned to me since my previous hygienist retired. She's always gentle and very cheerful.
