I love this practice. Everyone is very friendly, and takes great care of you while you're there. The Dr. called personally to check on how my tooth was doing a couple of days after the procedure.

Dr. Trudeau is fantastic! I was referred to him while visiting the Norfolk area from out of state to care for my grandchildren after my daughter gave birth to her 3rd child because I needed a root canal that wouldn't wait. I never needed the narcotic that he prescribed just in case and my dentist later said what an incredible job Dr. Trudeau had done. He said the hole that was made in my existing crown to do the root canal was amazingly small. I had the root canal in the morning and was happily watching my grandchildren in the afternoon. In addition, every staff member that connected with me was extremely customer service oriented and pleasant. Dr. Trudeau also called to check on me after I had returned home. I highly recommend Dr. Trudeau and his staff. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Send a refund instead of a lame response SCAM ARTIST. There is no evidence to indicate the provider notified the beneficiary in advance that the service would not be covered by insurance. The beneficiary did not know and could not reasonably have expected to know that the service would not be covered. Additionally the provider either knew or could have reasonably be expected to know the service would not be covered. Since the provider has been determined to have knowledge of the non covered item or service the provider is liable for the cost.A dismal experience. I received a referral to this practice. I am charged for noncovered services and received no treatment in a 24-minute appointment. The experience was so bad that ruminating on poor experience wastes time. Be careful of a practice that spends more time charging the patient out of pocket than insurance. A practice using the tactics used during my visit is sad.
