Horrible. The people there don't even know what they are doing half the time, and good luck with a simple appointment. A simple tooth extraction took them 6 months to even see a surgeon. Wouldn't recommend place is trash.
I had originally gone in for a tooth emergency. It took awhile to get an account set up in order to make future appointments. I didn’t go in for a couple months, but had another issue pop up. In hopes to set up an appointment, I discovered my account was deactivated and they would not reactivate it. So in order to be seen, I’d have to go through the emergency clinic and pay the emergency fee all over again. Poor communication and very frustrating.
Never called back for an apt and I've been trying for 8 months I call atleast once a week and always get hung up on or put on hold and never answered. I've even reached out to individual students who post that they need cleaning patients for school and they all ghost you totally unprofessional I just need a basic 6 month cleaning.
