Run away very fast — this place is the worst. Over the last two months, they canceled my appointments three times at the last minute. And two of those times they didn’t even notify me first so I made the long commute downtown just to show up and find out they can’t see me. One time it was an issue with plumbing, another time their system was down, and most recently they were experiencing flooding. The only explanation I can come up with is that the support staff knows that the dentists are truly horrible and are faking all the emergencies just to steer customers away for their own safety. But whatever the reason, you will want to avoid this dentist office like your life depends on it.

This place is terrible. Dr. ATUM is the worst. She is very unprofessional and have no respect for people time. She move slow when doing work and had me sitting for over a hour waiting on a SCHEDULED appointment. I found this place on GROUPON for teeth whitening , the best thing in there is the receptionists at the front. DONT BOOK HER IF YOU COME HERE PLEASE ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I had been there many times for years, but I was supposed to go back two years ago. Last year, in 2020, was the wrong time, and this year, in 2021, the good time to go there. I'm so happy that I need it for the dental exam, X-rays, and cleaning. The front desk is friendly, the restroom is cleaned, the waiting room is good, and a dental assistant is supportive and helpful. A dental doctor is friendly and courageous to do right the best for teeth as well. I can see that most of them are new employees to me than before, how's interesting. I'm very comfortable with them so far. I will be coming back there AGAIN. It was nice to be back.
