STAY AWAY! The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer here for the past three years and I WILL NOT be returning. Last week I went to the office for a copy of my daughters bill for her braces. The receptionist (a mid-aged African American women) was reluctant to print out the bill and complained that it was “a lot of paper” to print (5 pages total). After she finally printed the paper, she got in my face and told me that next time she wouldn’t print it and that I need to get whatever I need after my appointments. I planned on taking my other 2 daughters here for their braces but needless to say I will not.

Giving one star. I would give 0, if possible. My retainers were cracked by a family member...I got my braces in Jersey and to avoid the unnecessary costs of going up there for a few days, I figured I would use my sister's orthodontist. I called as a new patient on February 1 and requested an appointment. When I asked for an appointment card or confirmation email, the request was declined citing they don't do this for new patients (first time I've ever been told this from a doctor's office). Okay, fine. Their earliest opening was in late August/early September so I ask the secretary to reserve the time. My phone messed up on a trip so my calendar was caput. I called to check the date/time and I was told I must have missed my appointment because they had nothing on file...absolutely did not. I wouldn't wait several months just to have my teeth revert back to how they were only to miss an appointment that has been #1 on my to-do list since last year. I have been calling for DAYS, mind you

I have been going to Dr. M. Haynes, DDS since I was a teenager for cleanings and other dental procedures, and we later discovered that I needed braces, and I’ve been going to Dr. E. Haynes, DDS, for the last few years for orthodontic treatment. Overall it’s been a great experience with the both doctors and all their staff; especially my amazing hygienist India.
