Scheduled an appointment online for a month and a half away. Day of gets here and they can’t find me or my appointment in the system. Receptionist didn’t apologize or attempt to help me find a solution. Next available appointment is another month away. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she at least tried to help find a different option. A little empathy goes a long way especially in the healthcare field.

While at my cleaning appointment at this location, my dental hygienist Marcus Garcia did a phenomenal job! He was very professional, easy to understand, and provided such exceptional service, that I had to make sure to leave a review. Thank you Marcus for all that you do, and wishing you much success!

This is so disappointing to say, but my mother sat waiting for more than 1.5 hours to see Dr. Henderson -Jordan about an issue with a tooth. They kept saying they were behind, but patients kept coming and being seen as she sat waiting. Finally she just left, now having to find another dentist. She should have never been told to go in today if she was going to have to wait that long to be seen. So disappointing!
