University Dental Care

I've been going to University Dental for a few years now and I continue to be impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. They always take time to make sure everything is explained clearly, and they have answered every question I've had, and plenty of others I hadn't yet thought of. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands there.

This was my first time coming here as a new patient and I was highly not satisfied. I arrive 5 minutes before appointment and did not get seen until 25 minutes after. Then the lady in the front office had my I.D. and insurance card for the entire appointment. I was seen and never got my teeth cleaned which was the purpose of the appointment. My appointment lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes just consulting and pictures took to talk about my teeth but again that wasn’t the purpose of the appointment. When I got to the end of the appointment, my insurance was still not ran and I had to wait another 5 minutes until the front desk receptionist finally told me my paperwork was ready. I will not come back. I don’t recommend this place if you’re a first time patient.

I was trying to get through the door with my wheelchair bound sister who’s appointment it was. Neither of the ladies sitting behind the desk watching lifted a finger to help. Desk staff very immature and not helpful at all. My sister needs almost 4000$ worth of work done which her insurance pays 100%. Considering taking her else where because of how todays visit went.
