Everyone to everything at University Dental Group is wonderful, from front desk to the dentists! Had first appointment today and have been recommending them to every single person I know!

My long-time well-loved dentist retired, so there were big shoes to fill. Today was my first visit to University Dental Group, and I'll be back. Because of her examination and her questions, I can tell that Dr. Patrick is a skilled dentist, and she must be a wise manager because her office has a nice vibe. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist and the office was just beautiful.The hygienist who cleaned my teeth had all the right skills--organized, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and efficient. I look forward to working with Dr. Patrick's practice for years to come.

What a lovely experience! (Didn’t know I could say that at a dental office). Today was my first visit and I was welcomed with such a friendly front desk/office staff. This office proudly is ran by 100% female staff. The women in this office are so understanding and genuine when it came to developing a plan to help me achieve what I aspire in my personal smile journey. As a new client, the wait was definitely WORTH IT. My biggest insecurity is my smile and finding a place that made me feel comfortable was top priority. The anxiety of finding the perfect dental professional is no joke, I am grateful to say as long as I live in DesMoines- this office is my number one stop! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful visit. I feel extremely excited about the journey ahead and I cannot be more confident that I have found the right spot for my needs. ???? 100/10
