This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dental related service ever. I’d recommend them to anyone. Sadly I can’t say the same for the computer information systems they use. I have spent more hours trying to logon, etc. I’d give that part an F grade and would avoid it at all costs.
Dr Duarte’s was fantastic. Her office was state of the art, impeccably designed and got me in quickly. Everyone was super professional and very nice. The best news was that I didn’t need a root canal after all. And they billed my insurance for me. And that garden outside the window! Just wow! L
I had the best experience at Ventura Endodontics! Starting with the kind front desk staff, to sitting in an office facing a beautiful garden, to the most amazing care by Dr. Duarte which is patient, precise, explain what she is doing and really cared about me. I had no pain after my treatment and will give her more then 5 stars!
