When I walked in, the front desk team were friendly and welcoming.Dr Norrington and his assistant were phenomenal. It was my first time getting a root canal and they were extremely patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The office was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend ????
This is never the doctor you want to see! But it was a great experience. Referred by my new dentist to evaluate an existing root canal and another tooth that was aching. I appreciated the front desk kindness, ease of making an appointment, and the thorough explanation of my dental health. Very kind and professional doctor. It ended up I didn't need treatment, which was such a relief, I’m grateful for the reassurance and tips (what to look out for) that I received.
Best experience from start to finish. Zero discomfort throughout the entire root canal process. Dr. Smithson and Nika were great! Friendly staff and nice office all around! Highly recommend :)
