West Hartford Orthodontics

I don't normally write reviews, but I've been so impressed with this office that I felt compelled to share my experience. My wife and her brother were patients of Dr. Drew when they were kids. They referred me to him for a consultation, and I was very impressed with both doctors, their amazing staff, and the overall experience and atmosphere. The office is spacious and in a great location with a ton of parking, the hours are convenient and the doctors are easily accessible. When my brother-in-law had an accident several years ago, he was even able to reach Dr. Drew after-hours, which I thought was pretty amazing. The whole staff works hard to make sure each patient gets quality time with the doctor but nobody is kept waiting too long. I don't know how they do it and manage to be so cheerful and funny all at the same time! Maybe it's because they're always entertaining each other and their patients with jokes and stories and the latest sports news. All in all, can't recommend these guys

the best! i had my braces for a little less than 2 years. they moved quickly and it was never too much pain. i got my braces off a few days ago, and I have never been happier with my smile! i feel so great and the staff is all so kind. 10/10 experience
