This company is not about their patients. They will not go out of the way to make sure procedures are approved or even received. They will make the patient wait and do their own follow up and do their job in order just to get an approval. The staff is rude And I can’t say that the space was very clean. It’s taken over a month close to two to get anyone to move anything if I hadn’t done it myself I would still be waiting

This office / corporation takes advantage of their patients. They refuse to give me my X-rays, citing some arbitrary policy, which is illegal. And they charge three times as much as other dentists for cleaning, even with their “discount.” So you have more info than they are willing to provide ahead of time: it’s $575 for a level 2 cleaning (not even a deep cleaning). A racket.

I’ve come to expect little from massive organizations when all one seeks is great services. Unfortunately, I’m not reviewing those services because I yet haven’t been seen. The problem I have is with my insurance (Delta Care) and my assigned provider (Western Dental) and their seeming lack of coordination. For one as I who didn’t pay any attention to their insurance until recently when I finally decided to take advantage of my policy, I was generally ignorant of my policy, its terms and most importantly - my assigned provider. Smash cut to making an appointment, Western Dental calls me to confirm! Great service, right? Well, it was until the next day when I go to my location - confirmed by him - and I’m at the wrong location. Have to call Delta who makes the change right away. Go back inside can see me right? They don’t see the change yet. Call Delta again and a new rep says, “Changes don’t update until the 1st of the year if made after the 15th.” Nice! Decide to call my original Weste
