This place should get 0 star. Dentist who works here has no sense and very rude. Always recommends deep cleaning to get more money from insurance and refuses to do superficial cleaning which is covered under insurance.

The only thing functional about Western Dental is their collections department. Can’t get a straight answer. Don’t sign any contracts. Their copays are not in line with what your insurance company’s schedule. They prey on poor people of color. Their internet presence is very strong and that is what attracted me, but it is all a bait and switch game. There is a corporate office that is disconnected to the individual clinics. Stay away.

I wouldn’t come here at all. They told my husband he needed extraction of two teeth and when he went to another dentist they told him he needed a root canal. This is outrageous. And the prices where ridiculous.
