Very good experience. The staff was friendly, nice,and comforting.

I arrived to this office after an unpleasant visit at another Western Dental location and Unfortunately received treatment of discrimination. I was in so much pain from a cracked tooth because the prior visit at another location couldn’t accommodate my emergency needs, so they referred me to this location. The receptionist Valire was ruined to me upon my arrival to the front desk. Before I could ask the question to receive more information regarding my visit. She dismissed my concerns, however she did respond with put your mask on very abruptly and abrasive. I told her I was drinking and she said she didn’t care and I couldn’t drink or eat in the lobby. Which I could understand, however I couldn’t understand that she allowed two individuals of a different ethnicity to approach the desk without a mask and had a least a ten minute conversation with both individuals without mandating nor informing neither of them of the mask mandate.This made me feel uncomfortable and caused my anxiety

Had a very nice experience with the service and attention I received from Celia and the manager Roxana made my appointment to run smoothly. I am also very pleased with the doctors and specialist who saw me to take the time and attention to explain in detail what I have and options to move forward. I recommend this place to anyone that wants and needs dental work to be done.
