I was very satisfied with the level of service and care I received from Total Care Dental. I mean, everyone just took good care of me from the start. The ladies at the front desk smiled and said, “hello” once I walked in. That’s hard to beat because nobody likes to speak these days. I don’t care who you are – a customer – an employee - or whoever – people just don’t speak, but they did. Much respect for that. Thank you, ladies. Arturo was professional. His communication was also amazing! My temporary mold fell out and he was just so great at letting me know it wasn’t a problem and that they were going to do their best to take care of me, which they did. Lastly, Dr. Aryan. He’s a very nice guy. He works hard just like everyone else. What I appreciate the most about him is his ability to show he really cares. Aubrey helped me with my Invisalign and it she made it an easy process. This place does a great job with appointment reminders, they have a great office environment. I never spend more than 10-15 min waiting in the lobby when I have my appointments. The staff here is great. I’ve gotten to know the assistants very well.
