Had a great time yesterday staff was wonderful Sara was great explained my payments even while dealing with a outrages man he was yelling because he was late for his appointment she explained everything in a calm matter while still trying to help everyone while he is outrages in the lobby , he told them they he was going to sue and they stranded no change against a white man because they where Mexican . He said he can say that because they are not black he was late for his appointment and his friend I encountered this whole transaction as sitting in the waiting room for my appointment , Everyone was great from check in to consult to ortho everything explained everything from beginning to end . I work for a mental health clinic and I know how outrage patients can be but the clinic handled themselves very his comments and yelling while kids are in the lobby while a diverse group or patients are in the lobby as well while he screams they only serve Mexicans . That was my first appointment

Dr. Behl and Ramzeya were amazing! I hate going to the dentist but they made my experience great! If I ever need any work done on my teeth, I’m definitely coming back and having them work on my teeth!

Arrived for my first dental appointment for x-Rays/cleaning today. Appointment was at 1100. At 1135 I asked the front staff if they could give me an estimate when I would be done by, I had an hour slotted to be away from work. The front desk let me know usually they only have time for X-rays because they are so short staffed. A courtesy call would have been nice so I would’ve known ahead of time. This seems to be a corporate dental clinic staffing below the 25th percentile. Location was convenient for me but I wont be back.
