I have called several times about canceling an appointment I did not make and am sent to voicemail. When I try to go in person the office is closed. You have my card on file and I know you can charge me for not showing up; I never made an appointment. Please fix this and cancel any appointments I have. I have called several times and left voicemails and I just want confirmation that my appointment is canceled.
What a beautiful practice! This was my first visit and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was so welcoming and Dr. Nejad was very thorough with the exam, answering all of my questions without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this office and will be back.
