3:19pm April 17 2023 I just left this dental office and service at the front desk from Cassandra was horrible. Once again they miss scheduled my appointment for my daughters wisdom tooth extraction. Cassandra was very rude and condescending. She even smirked at me. She blamed the mix up on Western Dentals call center. Her back up Anna also blamed everything on the call center. I told them that this happens all the time even when I schedule here at the office so it can’t just be the call center. This is not the first time they’ve disrespected patients and the time taken to make it to these appointments. Very sad. I’ll be calling corporate.

Not even sure I can give this a star rating. Looking to find a dental provider in San Diego and was trying to go here because my husband has gone here several times. I have had my appointment canceled three times, twice within 2 hours of the appointment. I can't even get an initial appointment.

The entire staff here (North Park-San Diego) is outstanding! I received numerous dental procedures over a period of 2 months and for every visit I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Quincy, Diane, and Jackie all cared for me in a respectful manner from the office aspect. There were a couple more team members who I’d like to mention here but I don’t recall their names. Tiffani and Jenny cared for me with their knowledgeable abilities ‘in the chair.’ Dr. Mustafa, Dr. Jobari, Dr. Sam and Dr. Adams are simply extraordinary in their craft of dentistry! Providing 5/5 stars along with my written review are not exaggerated— the team here is certainly worthy of these sincere accolades!
