Everyone is polite and professional. Best of all, they're friendly. They make you feel comfortable. Today I had the best laugh. The medical assistant called me and we scared each other That was the best laugh.

Save yourself the time and the money. Only the worst experience I've ever had in my life. After 6 months I am in extreme pain and they want to charge me for more service. I had a crown done and had to go back FOUR TIMES within 2 weeks because my crown kept falling off. And now it turns out, that I actually need a root canal. Why wasn't this done in the first place? And my repaired chipped tooth falls off months later and they want to charge me nearly double to repair it. No one explains the billing to you. Everyone you talk to tells you something different. I ask for an appointment for something and when I arrive they do something else. I do not feel as if I'm being listened to. They simply ask for your credit card information and are completely Unapologetic for their mistakes. I have a feeling they're ripping people off left and right.

It's been a longer journey for a broken tooth than I wanted. Finally decided on full crown. But everyone at ZAK has been most gracious and pleasant. I got a couple more visits, but looking forward to only going in for cleanings.
