The staff at Western Dental is great. However, the oral surgeon Dr. McDowell is FANTASTIC!! I was beside myself, crying, everything. He and his assistant. Put me at ease. They were exceptional!! Anyone who is leary of a dentist. Please go to Western Dental at 5807 University.
All my kids love coming here. They feel safe the dentist does not scare them. They love the prizes they get after words as well. Makes it an exciting experience for them.
Dentist is one ofthe best I have received treatment in my entire life. Front desk need more coordination on scheduling and treatments. Staff is very friendly thought. Please stop sending many text to "confirm" appointments. Nice place to be. Thank you. Will recommend Dr. as well as location.
