This place is on the way out, don’t waste your time. So far I have wasted 3.5 hours of my time (including driving and caretaking) , spread across 2 visits, at this place and the elderly relative I made the appointments for was NEVER seen. We didn’t make it past the waiting room. The first time we went, we were there for 2 hours because they were understaffed. We waited hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt until I had to leave because of another appointment. So we rescheduled. The second time- our rescheduled appointment, we drove all the way there, to wait in line for 30 minutes to be told by the office manager that there was no staff that morning and they were waiting for temps to come in. This 100% should’ve been a phone call out to all patients for the morning as soon as she knew there was no staff coming in. We will not be returning here. I suggest you don’t either. Besides a few of the staff that are kind/helpful, this place is not great. The building is dingey/old/dirty looking, and the wait for both of my appointments has been too long. I have had two appointments and both times they unlocked the door late and scheduled multiple people for the same appointment time without the proper staffing to get it done in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst! I have given them about 5 too many chances from trying different locations and different doctors but that doesn’t make a difference, regardless they are extremely unprofessional, unapologetic, and irresponsible. My latest complaint was that I went to my scheduled appointment and can you believe the office was closed?!? Lights off, door locked, and a bogus note on the door saying closed which you couldn’t even see the date that I was there. When I called the call center they bluntly told me “they are open regular business hours.” Like SIR I’m literally at the front door and they are NOT OPEN! If I had my own car I would be upset but quickly get over it but since I had to Uber and spend $40 to and from I’M FURIOUS! Also, when I put in the complaint claim with a representative she advised me she wasn’t able to give me the managers name, nor email, or any type of confirmation letting me know that in fact this issue was being escalated.
