My recent visit to Westgrove Dental was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I initially went in for a routine cleaning, covered by my insurance, but what followed was a series of events that left me utterly dissatisfied. Upon arrival, instead of proceeding with the cleaning, they insisted on conducting x-rays and various assessments. After a lengthy 30-minute wait, they presented me with a laundry list of supposed dental issues totaling an exorbitant $3000 in treatments. Shocked by the sudden demand and unwilling to commit to the such extensive procedures without a second opinion, I declined their treatment plan and simply requested my x-rays and records to consider my options in the future. They didn’t even perform any cleaning . They charged me for xrays and office visit which I paid right away. However, retrieving my own medical records turned into another ordeal.
